How We Can Seize Control of Government for Free
In order to learn how we can seize control of U.S. Governments (including California) for free, you must spend five minutes learning what a PowerVote is. As you learn, you’ll realize that the source of your PowerVote’s power is it’s potential to destroy the political career of an uncooperative lawmaker by converting PowerVotes into campaign contributions. Rest assured as you read on, you'll learn that such events and the donations they require are the rare exception, not the rule. The primary purpose of PowerVote is to HELP YOU seize control of governments without giving away any money to anybody.
What is a PowerVote?
A PowerVote is a ballot that you can cast in support of any demand for political action that you want. As part of your PowerVote Ballot, you also must name a person that you would trust to advise you on this demand. This advisor is called your PowerVote Whip. Each PowerVote that you cast represents one dollar that is free from campaign finance law. No matter how many PowerVotes your PowerVote Whip attracts, it all represents money that he or she can direct into defeating a lawmaker for reelection. There is no legal limit. For this reason, there is no legal limit on how much pressure your Whip can exert on lawmakers to herd them into action.
Although PowerVotes represent potential campaign contributions, the purpose of a PowerVote is to GET POLITICAL ACTION WITHOUT GIVING AWAY ANY MONEY. It’s only on rare occasions that Whips will ask for contributions (and NOT to themselves). On these occasions, a good and honest Whip will ask for help in defeating a lawmaker who refuses to yield to the Whip’s power. Expect this appeal to be a request for a “hard money” contribution directly to the targeted lawmaker’s strongest opponent during the next election. PowerVoters will be expected, but in no way required, to contribute the value of their PowerVotes.
If a Whip attracts enough PowerVotes, such a request should result in the total destruction of the targeted lawmaker’s political career. With this potential for devastation, a Whip with enough PowerVotes to defeat just one lawmaker should be able to herd many into action just like a cowboy uses a whip to herd cattle. No lawmaker will want to be at the rear of the herd to face the pain of the Whip.
The more PowerVotes a Whip attracts, the louder the crack of their whip. If all goes according to plan, the Whip should either be able to pressure lawmakers into action so that no money needs to be given to anyone; or, it becomes apparent that the political cause does not have enough support to get passed into legislation. Either way, no money needs to be given away to anyone unless some targeted lawmaker decides to be removed from the political gene pool.

This is the legal limit that PACs can contribute to a campaign for federal office. Exceeding this limit should make a Whip more powerful than any single federal PAC in America (the California PAC limit is $7,200).
